I already have a subscription, do I need to purchase a new one?
When you purchase a Cherry Bombe subscription, you have the option to select a recurring subscription that will renew annually or make a one-time purchase of a subscription that does not automatically renew. 

Please note, we recently made changes to our one-year subscriptions. Subscription orders placed before September 2019, will not auto-renew.

If you are unsure when your subscription order was placed or if your subscription has expired, please email sales@cherrybombe.com and we’ll let you know :)

I moved! How do I update my shipping address and billing information?
You can log into your Cherry Bombe subscriber account to update you shipping and billing details

How do I create a subscriber account?
When you purchase a Cherry Bombe subscription you will receive an email with account setup instructions. Please email sales@cherrybombe.com if you do not receive this email or need help setting up your account.

What is included in my subscription?
Cherry Bombe magazine is published 2-times per year, your 1-year subscription will include 2 issues. Plus, subscribers will be among the first to see the new issue, get free shipping (US only), and never miss an issue!

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime but, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for a partial year. Log into your subscriber account or email sales@cherrybombe.com to cancel your subscription.

When will my subscription start?
Your first issue is determined by our publishing schedule. Subscriptions purchased before November 15th, 2019 will start with our upcoming Issue 14.

I missed an issue—how can I receive a replacement?
Please send an email to sales@cherrybombe.com detailing which issue you have missed.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?
Please send an email to sales@cherrybombe.com

What is you refund and exchange policy?
At this time we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with your item(s) or order, please email sales@cherrybombe.com 

Can I subscribe if I live outside of the United States or Canada?
We currently only ship to the US and Canada. Stay tuned, international subscriptions coming soon.
